Mission:
To provide a safe and artistically enriching environment where survivors can take a step forward in their healing process through body movement and community.
General Guiding Principles:
Participants…
- Do not need any prior knowledge of course subject.
- Can wear whatever they feel comfortable in (clothing that has stretch and movement is best).
- Can choose to do as much or as little as the class offers.
- Have the option to speak with a HAVEN advocate on the phone at any time during class.
Safe Haven Ballet’s Trauma-Sensitive classes are free to survivors.

Parking is free and onsite.
Please use the side door that is closest to the parking lot. The doors will be locked, but please email joy@safehavenballet.org to receive the door code.

March 27th: Cupcake Decorating with Joy
