Alice Weir
Alice is a junior at Portsmouth High School in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. She was born in Charlotte, North Carolina where she started her dancing career at the age of two. After moving to the Seacoast, she continued dancing in competitions, while keeping her focus mainly on ballet. She has attended various summer intensives, including Ballet Austin in Austin, Texas. Alice has had the opportunity to dance in many productions of the Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, and more! She has experience teaching dance, and even held safe outdoor classes for local children in the summer of 2020. Outside of dance, she has a passion for environmental sustainability, mental health advocacy, and volunteering in the community. Alice is excited and grateful for her opportunity to dance with Safe Haven Ballet.
